[Penang Affordable Home] How to apply affordable house ?

Requirement :

1. Malaysia Citizen.
2. Registered voter in Penang.
3. Aged 21 and above.
4. Total income vs eligible category as below.

How to apply?

1. Fill in online form OR download PN1 form, print and submit to komtar. 
2. Support document needed:
• photocopy of IC.
• photocopy of marriage certificate. (For widow/widower,  photocopy of divorced certificate OR death certificate)
• photocopy of CCRIS. (please print it from nearest Bank Negara)
• photocopy of SPR slip, as Penang voter proof. 
• Working ~ photocopy of 3 months payslip and latest KWSP statement.
• Own Business ~ photocopy of  EA form, SSM certificate, Payslip, KWSP statement.
3. Please attached letter if you have chosen project. 
4. Submission: 
• Komtar level3 counterA to get badge and go up to  level51 room5/6 to get penghulu's signature.
• Back to level3, submit form to counterE.
